If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for either a refund or exchange, providing it is new, unused and accompanied by the original packing materials. To return an item, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original packing materials. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, credit will be issued for the purchase price, (shipping costs are non-refundable) to the original form of payment.

We will contact you if the item is not in stock. If the item originally shipped to you was damaged in shipment or there was a problem with the workmanship of the item, GolfingBee™ will pay for the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. For items damaged in shipment, we ask that you take a picture of the damaged packaging, and email it to us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
